REPAIR CENTER | B2B WEB APP
I'm currently the lead designer for a B2B web app, used by auto body shops to communicate with insurance carriers. My work includes designing specific features for the app, as well as collaborating with my design team to create a style guide, interaction models, and reusable components.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Below are some of the core pages of RepairCenter. I create high fidelity prototypes in Axure, which are used for user testing and communicating design intent to developers.
PROCESS
After I've iterated on a design, while receiving feedback from my product manager and design team, I'll usually conduct remote usability testing to validate the design. I'll usually pair up with another designer, with one person moderating and one person taking notes. We'll run the user tests on Tuesday through Thursday. After each test we'll spend about a half hour reviewing the notes and picking out themes. On Friday we'll do one final note review session and post our findings to our research blog. Stakeholders, such as product managers, are encouraged to attend the tests and review sessions.
